This fun damascus carbon steel 6 inch chef's knife was hand forged here in Colorado Springs by Mike Deignan of B&D Knives. This razor sharp beauty is a great all purpose knife for everyone from the home cook to a master chef.
The canister damascus blade is made from ball bearings and 52100 carbon steel with an approximate HRC of 60. It features a 5-7/8 inch cutting edge and full tang. The coffee etch brings the pattern of the damascus steel to life!
The gorgeous handle is bocote wood with blue stabilized maple and black G10 spacer. It also features a mosaic pin.
