  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only ship within the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience!

  • What steps are you taking in your stores to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

    The safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers remains our top priority. These are some of the steps we are taking:
    • Maintaining social distancing when possible
    • Increased cleaning protocols
    • Gloves and hand sanitizer are available
    • We ask that unvaccinated customers wear masks while visiting our stores. Customers who are fully vaccinated or who are in locations in which masks are not required by ordinance may choose to go maskless.
    • COVID-19 safety plans in place in all of our stores
    • Closely monitoring and following CDC guidance and all local public health mandates

  • Can I redeem a Digital Gift Card in your Colorado Springs store?

    As of this moment, our digital gift cards purchased from our website can only be redeemed on our website ( but please note that we are working to change this in the future!

  • Is it safe to use my credit card?

    Yes, all order transactions are completed using a secure site. We employ Shopify's secure, PCI compliant platform to make sure every transaction is safe and secure. You can learn more about it here.

  • How does your site calculate sales tax?

    Sparrow Hawk Cookware is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado. Where required, tax is also applied to the shipping, handling, gift wrap and/or food items. Appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. For states not listed, your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file an annual sales/use tax return to report all the taxable purchases made without corresponding sales tax charged, and to pay use tax on those purchases when filing the tax return. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

  • Can I redeem a physical Gift Voucher online?

    As of this moment, our physical Gift Vouchers purchased from our store front can only be redeemed on our in person at our Colorado Springs location at:
