This razor sharp 8 inch chef's knife was hand forged here in Colorado Springs by Al Bach and Mike Deignan of B&D Knives. This all purpose blade will soon become your "go to" knife in the kitchen.
The blade is beautiful hand forged damascus from 1084 and 15N20 carbon steel. The blade has an approximate HRC of 60. It features a 8.125 inch cutting edge and full hidden tang. The handle is wood grain Micarta with G10 jacket. An all around gorgeous knife that will perform as beautifully as it looks.
