"The Brown Trout Chef" is perfect for the outdoor loving chef. This razor sharp 8-1/4 inch chef's knife was hand forged here in Colorado Springs by Al Bach & Mike Deignan of B&D Knives. This all purpose blade will soon become your "go to" knife in the kitchen.
The blade is hand forged from 80CRV carbon steel with an approximate HRC of 60. It features a 8.25 inch cutting edge and full hidden tang. It is finished in the brut de forge style.
It's the BROWN TROUT resin handle scales that Mike had custom made that really set this beauty apart. It features yellow micarta spacers and bolster as well.
