This razor sharp 7 inch k-tip chef's knife was hand forged here in Colorado Springs by Al Bach and Mike Deignan of B&D Knives. This all purpose blade will soon become your "go to" knife in the kitchen.
The blade is hand forged from 80CRV carbon steel with an approximate HRC of 60. It features a 7 inch cutting edge and full hidden tang.
The handle is turquoise dyed maple wood with blue micarta bolster.
