This incredible damascus carbon steel 7-1/4 inch santoku was hand forged here in Colorado Springs by Al Bach and Mike Deignan of B&D Knives. You will be chopping every veggie with ease and in style with this beautiful...and incredibly sharp blade.
The amazing canister damascus blade is forged from BICYCLE CHAIN and 15N20 carbon steel with an approximate HRC of 60. It features a 6 inch cutting edge and full tang.
The handle is micarta with green G10 spacers and star mosaic pin.
