This razor sharp 6.5 inch nakiri knife was hand forged here in Colorado Springs by Al Bach and Mike Deignan of B&D Knives. This blade is perfect for chopping veggies and filets.
The blade is hand forged from 80CRV carbon steel with an approximate HRC of 60. It features a 6.5 inch cutting edge and full hidden tang.
The handle is carved in a Japanese style from beautiful piece of Bocote wood. It features two mosaic rivets and red micarta bolster.
